The following are the terms and conditions of the Off Broad Street Players and Levoy Theatre Preservation Society Hybrid Hysteria raffle (the “Raffle”) which is sponsored by the Off Broad Street Players found at www.obsponline.org  (the “Sponsor”), and managed by the Levoy Theatre Preservation Society ("The Raffle Manager").

Your participation in the Raffle shall be deemed to be your complete acceptance of the terms and conditions herein.

  1. Entry to the Raffle is available only to persons over the age of 18. You may be asked, at any stage, to provide the Sponsor/Raffle Manager, or a third party, with proof of age and /or identity.
  2. Immediate Relatives of the Board of Directors of the Sponsor, and the Board of Directors of The Raffle Manager shall not be eligible to enter the Raffle. For the purposes herein, the term “immediate relative” shall mean spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.
  3. 3. In order to enter the Raffle each entrant must purchase at least one of the four thousand (4000) raffle tickets, at a cost of $20 per ticket.  
    Locations include, but are not limited to: Steelmans Photographics, 315 N. High Street Millville, RRCA, 22 N. High Street Millville, Bogarts Bookstore 210 N. High Street Millville, Graphicus Communications 16E Pine Street Millville, BIMS Pizza 618E Main Street Millville.
  4. The Raffle Manager shall execute one (1) Prize Draw which shall take place on Third Friday, July 18th 2008 (the “Raffle Date”), at 9PM EST.  The drawing shall take place at the Levoy Theatre, 126-130 N. High Street, Millville NJ 08332
  5. The Sponsor & Raffle Manager shall cease to accept entries to the Raffle on 18th July 2008 at 8:59PM.  Notwithstanding the aforementioned, the Raffle shall only take place if one thousand, five hundred (1500) people or more successfully enter the Raffle.
  6. The winner of the Raffle need not be present at the drawing in order to win.
  7. The prize for winning the Raffle shall be one (1) 2008 Honda Hybrid, MSRP Twenty three thousand, two hundred and thirty-five dollars (USD $23,235)  (the “Prize”).
  8. The Prize shall be issued to the Raffle winner at Rossi Honda, 1517 South Delsea Drive, Vineland NJ 08360.
  9. The Raffle Manager shall notify the winner via certified mail within ten (10) days of the Raffle. The winner shall receive the Prize within ninety (90) days of the Raffle Manager's receipt of the details of the winner required in order to affect transfer of the Prize.
  10. Notwithstanding Section 9 above, in the event that, for any reason whatsoever, the Prize winner fails to respond, within ninety (90) days, to the certified mail notification of his/her winning, such winning entrant shall be deemed to have forfeited his / her claim to such Prize and the Sponsor/Raffle Manager shall have not any obligation whatsoever to compensate the winning entrant in any way.
  11. The Sponsor’s decision is final with respect to all matters relating to awarding of the Prize and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party.
  12. Your participation in the Raffle is deemed your agreement that the Sponsor/Raffle Manager may use your name, likeness or image for promotional and marketing purposes without the requirement for any payment to you and you hereby grant the Sponsor the right to do the same and expressly waive any claims against the Sponsor/Raffle Manager in this regard.
  13. The Prize is neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for money or money’s worth.
  14. By entering the Raffle each entrant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the Raffle and the awarding of the Prize.
  15. By entering the Raffle each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless the Sponsor & Raffle Manager, their legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection the Raffle or the acceptance of the Prize.
  16. The winning entrant shall be solely responsible for any taxes levied in relation to the delivery or receipt of the Prize.  This includes, but is not limited to, taxes, title, license & registration fees. 
  17. The Sponsor/Raffle Manager reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time and in its sole discretion.
  18. The Sponsor/Raffle Manager reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, modify or suspend the Raffle if, in its sole judgment, the Raffle is not capable of being conducted as specified.
  19. The winners’ name will be disclosed to anyone who writes to the Raffle Manager at the address below.
  20. These terms and conditions and any matters relating hereto shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, and the Municipality of Millville, NJ and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Jersey.
