The following are the terms and conditions of the Levoy Theatre Preservation Society "Ten for $10" Raffle (the “Raffle”) which is sponsored and managed by the Levoy Theatre Preservation Society ("The Raffle Manager").

Your participation in the Raffle shall be deemed to be your complete acceptance of the terms and conditions herein.

Entry to the Raffle is available only to persons over the age of 18. You may be asked, at any stage, to provide the Sponsor/Raffle Manager, or a third party, with proof of age and /or identity.
The voting Board of Directors of the Sponsor (LTPS) shall not be eligible to enter the Raffle.
In order to enter the Raffle each entrant must purchase at least one of the four thousand (4,000) raffle tickets, at a cost of $10 per ticket.

Locations include, but are not limited to: Bogarts Bookstore, 210 N. High Street Millville, , Graphicus Communications, 16E Pine Street Millville, Incredible Bulk, 101 N. High Street Millville, Phillip S. Van Embden (Law Offices). 900 East Pine Street Millville, Steelman Photographics, 315 N. High Street Millville
The Prize(s) for winning the Raffle shall be
1. 1st Prize - $1,000 American Express Gift Card
2. 2nd Prize - $1,000 American Express Gift Card
3. 3rd Prize - $1,000 American Express Gift Card
4. 4th Prize - $1,000 American Express Gift Card
5. 5th Prize - $1,000 American Express Gift Card
6. 6th Prize - $1,000 American Express Gift Card

The Raffle Manager shall execute ten (10) Prize Draws which shall take place during Arts, Antiques & Music Festival, Sunday September 12th (the “Raffle Date”), at 5PM EST. The drawing shall take place at the Levoy Theatre, 126-130 N. High Street, Millville NJ 08332, in the following order:
1. 1st ticket drawn is the winner of the 1st Prize
2. 2nd ticket drawn is the winner of the 2nd prize
3. 3rd ticket drawn is the winner of the 3rd prize
4. 4th ticket drawn is the winner of the 4th prize
5. 5th ticket drawn is the winner of the 5th prize
6. 6th ticket drawn is the winner of the 6th prize
7. 7th ticket drawn is the winner of the 7th prize
8. 8th ticket drawn is the winner of the 8th prize
9. 9th ticket drawn is the winner of the 9th prize
10. 10th ticket drawn is the winner of the 10th prize
The Sponsor & Raffle Manager shall cease to accept entries to the Raffle on 12th September 2010 at 4:59PM. Notwithstanding the aforementioned, the Raffle shall only take place if two thousand, (2,000) tickets or more are sold, unless The Sponsor & Raffle Manager, in their sole discretion waive this condition.
The winner of the Raffle prize(s) need not be present at the drawing in order to win.
The Prize(s) shall be issued by The Sponsor as soon as is reasonable, but at a date no later than 90 days after the drawing to the winner(s).
The Raffle Manager shall notify the winner(s) via certified mail, or by any available method within ten (10) days following the Raffle. The winner shall be awarded the Prize as noted in Number 8 above.
Notwithstanding Section 9 above, in the event that, for any reason whatsoever, the Prize(s) winner(s) fail to respond, within ninety (90) days, to the certified mail notification of his/her winning, such winning entrant (s) shall be deemed to have forfeited his / her claim to such Prize(s) and the Sponsor/Raffle Manager shall not have any obligation whatsoever to compensate the winning entrant in any way. It is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and Raffle Manager to then conduct a further drawing of ticket(s) from previously sold and retained tickets.
The Sponsor’s decision is final with respect to all matters relating to awarding of the Prize and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party.
Your participation in the Raffle is deemed your agreement that the Sponsor/Raffle Manager may use your name, likeness or image for promotional and marketing purposes without the requirement for any payment to you and you hereby grant the Sponsor the right to do the same and expressly waive any claims against the Sponsor/Raffle Manager in this regard.
The Prize(s) is neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for money or money’s worth.
By entering the Raffle each entrant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the Raffle and the awarding of the Prize.
By entering the Raffle each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless the Sponsor & Raffle Manager, their legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection the Raffle or the acceptance of the Prize.
The winning entrant shall be solely responsible for any taxes levied in relation to the delivery or receipt of the Prize.
The Sponsor/Raffle Manager reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time and in its sole discretion.
The Sponsor/Raffle Manager reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, modify or suspend the Raffle if, in its sole judgment, the Raffle is not capable of being conducted as specified.
The winners’ name will be disclosed to anyone who writes to the Raffle Manager at the address below:

These terms and conditions and any matters relating hereto shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, and the Municipality of Millville, NJ and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Jersey.
